# Actual

Actual by Rika Labs helps everyday consumers cause verified outcomes in the physical world.

## What Actual does

A User states what they need. Actual researches and compares options, coordinates the right Providers, requests authority for consequential actions, follows through on execution, and evaluates Evidence against the User's Objective. Only successful Verification establishes an Outcome.

Example Objective: “Fix my air conditioner today for less than $400.” The User can revise Constraints such as budget or timing while Actual continues coordinating the same Job.

## User control

The User controls authority. Actual asks before consequential spending unless a prior bounded policy grants authority. The Agent that proposes an action cannot approve that action itself.

## Verification and Recovery

A booking, payment, Provider acceptance, or Agent claim is Evidence—not an Outcome. If execution fails or the available Evidence does not verify the Objective, Actual can reconcile what happened and coordinate Recovery.
