> Actual turns a User Objective into a verified physical Outcome. The User controls authority; Actual owns coordination.

Actual by Rika Labs is an early-stage service for everyday consumers. A User states what they need in the physical world. Actual researches options, coordinates Providers, asks for authority before consequential actions, follows execution, and evaluates Evidence before reporting a verified Outcome. Actual is not a Provider directory, generic chatbot, or emergency response service.

Important distinctions:

- An appointment, payment, Provider acceptance, or Agent claim is not an Outcome.
- Actual asks the User before consequential spending unless a prior bounded policy grants authority.
- Actual supports changed Constraints and Recovery when execution or Verification fails.
- Early access is currently available through the waitlist on the website.
